Whisk together until stiff peaks form:
3 egg whitesdash sea salt
(I used my kitchenaid stand mixer and the whisk attachment).
Fold in 1/4 cup agave nectar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 - 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
Scoop small spoonfuls onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 12 minutes at 350 degrees F.
