Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Chocolate Zucchini Muffins - a tasty way to eat your veggies!
Sift together:
1 1/2 cups flour (your choice - you can use gluten free)
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

In a separate bowl, combine:
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1/2 agave nectar
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
Scoop muffin batter into greased or paper lined muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees F.
